Love it! But on the serious side, I have found a wonderful FREE iPhone app called LoseIt! that has been working wonderfully for me. Counts your calories/other nutrients, tracks your goals, lets you add foods that are not in the LoseIt! database and, best of all, lets you connect with friends who share the app, so you can encourage each other in a very positive way. It's the answer I've been looking for. Already lost 7 pounds . . . and I haven't been hungry or felt deprived. (Not on any special diet, though . . . just watching carbs and calories.)Farida, Nas and I are all using it.
