Here's Your Sign

Do you ever feel like you are in the "right spot" in your life? Like you're making progress, not giant steps but you know you're putting one foot in front of the other? Yesterday's visit with my cousin was fun from start to finish. She's one of those people that's so full of enthusiasm that it can't help but rub off! I love her outlook on life and that her faith is her motivation. She's had the rug pulled out from under her countless times, facing heartache and serious health issues. But she sees those hardships as growing pains, steps UP the ladder to happiness... not DOWN to despair. I think she could easily write a book that would help others who are facing such devastation in their lives. Instead she goes to work everyday, in a job where she's lucky to meet the right people, at the right time to make a difference. And she's doing it, one.step.at.a.time. Love ya, Patricia!

  1. My favorite saying is "You are as happy as you want to be" and I totally agree with that.
Nice for you to have someone in your life that can help you see this too.

  3. It takes less muscles to smile than frown, your cousin must be an awesome person to be around. I don't like downers either. My cup is half full, and its all I need.

  4. I do feel that happiness is a choice!
And, we can CHOOSE with each encounter every day to be positive or negative. The choice is up to us!

  5. I agree with above ~ it's all about choices. You will be where you want to be. Sounds like you were with someone who gave you a little inspiration.
