Whatever you call it, when companies can come up with ideas that make a product new again, it translates to more sales. Every week at Monday morning meetings, Smarty Pants come up with great ideas. Heinz unveiled a new ketchup packet recently that is easy to open, holds 3 times as much ketchup and reminds us to buy a bottle the next time we are at the grocery! It took more than 40 years of complaints of: too messy, too small, too hard to open...finally a breakthrough for all us french fry lovin' customers!
Finally they made somethingyou can open and has more ketchup! How smart is that - lol! sandie

ReplyDeleteOh, dear, reminds me of the time Farida, Nasreen and I were lunching in a Mickey D's. They were sitting on one side of the booth, I was on the other, and one of them squirted catsup all over my front. They thought it was hilarious. I didn't, until a few years later.
