Could it be the Pickles?

I don't know why I'm dreaming so vividly lately, but last night was even stranger than the Mexican Bathroom Dream! It involved jousting (I had to look up the spelling of that word since it's not one I use a lot) and house hunting. First off, let me tell you I'm not eating pickles at bedtime. I love pickles and they are a part of my lunch almost every day, dills or bread and butter, sour or sweet...I love them all! Mom used to warn me that my late night snacking would cause nightmares so I stick to foods like popcorn or fruit...
no nightmares so far with those.

We watch HGTV's House Hunters so that may be the reason that I incorporated house hunting into my dream. Love the ones where they are looking for a vacation home and that's just what we were doing in my dream. We looked at one that was still occupied and the couple had a little boy. They were arguing and he takes the little boy and leaves suddenly. Then when we go outside they are on this huge black horse in full jousting gear. As the horse takes off in full gallop I am worrying about the little boy falling off. What does this one mean???

I think I'm gonna give up pickles...

  1. Joycee..

Pickles and I laughed over this dream of yours.. Of course anything the the word Pickles in the title makes me do a double take.

He said that you spirit is seeking a cleaning or release of something.. chasing out the bad things and a new home for a fresh start..

Havent' a clue what you dream means.. yet the thought of you riding a horse with a pole in search of a house and when you find it.. you stick the house with your long josting pole to claim it yours. heehee.. too funny.

Well anyway.. I bid you good morning and trust today will be filled with adventure.

    with love,
    Olivia

  2. I think most dreams don't make any sense. I wouldn't give up the pickles although perhaps you shouldn't eat them at night.
I dreamt that my husband got a traffic ticket mailed from Quebec. I am hoping that he wont receive one from the Texas authorities today. I think if you are thinking strongly about something it will become a dream with an interesting or bizarre twist.

  4. The pups want to know what I'm laughing about...don't give up pickles...what would life be like without pickles? I once told my husband that whenever pioneers couldn't think of anything else to do with something...they pickled it. Watermelon rinds, pig's feet, the list goes on and on!

  5. Hey Joycee, you don't have to give up pickles! It's none of the problem at all. Next time, try to watch that kind of movie a little earlier and try to relax before going to bed, for instant have a little chat and some drink... wine maybe! You'll do fine. Don't worry!
    Cheers, Kristy
