Happy endings start somewhere, ours started 42 years ago today! We were too young to worry about how we were going to pay for school, or rent or food... we lived on love those first few years!
I dreamed of that special day and the person that I'd marry. I baked imaginary cookies and dressed my dollies and in no time I was at the church waiting to walk down the aisle and the beginning of our life together.
No one can prepare you for the joy that comes with marriage, or the worries you face along the way. One step in front of the other, I went from that little girl playing house to a real grown up wiping noses and paying bills. Down the path we go, hand in hand we face the world together.... happily ever after.
