Isn't it funny that we can't tell we are moving forward even though every moment we are? No one stands still, the World just won't allow it! With every tick of the clock our lives move forward. It's the path we follow that's important. Mary Englebreit's artwork is charming with delightful children but her insight amazes me. I'm a longtime fan and would redecorate my house if I could with her style of eclectic design. I'm choosing my path this first week of January. I want to be good to my body, that means watching what I put in my piehole! I want to be a good wife, mother, daughter and friend, that means I need to practice the Golden Rule. I want to be a Steward of the Earth, Mother Earth needs all the friends she can find. I know this is going to be an uphill battle, so I'm packing some chocolate in my little Hobo sack!
Let us then be up and doing,
With a heart for any fate;
Still achieving, still pursuing,
Learn to labor and to wait.
