Isn't that the truth! I was just thinking this morning about when my family used to visit my uncle and aunt in the summertime. My aunt's sheets were always crisp, clean and smelled SO GOOD! She always brought them in off the clothes line and actually ironed them and of course back then, they were all cotton.
G'day, Joy ~ I try to hang out our sheets all year round, that fresh smell is so refreshing & relaxing to climb upon to rest. I also enjoy watching laundry flapping in the wind on a breezy day ... childhood memories.
Have a beautiful PS summer weekend. TTFN ~ Hugs, Marydon
I adore line-dried sheets and mine are if the weather permits it! I prefer ALL cotton and would iron the pillowcases and top half of the top sheet if I had a little more time on my hands! Blessings, Lorilee
I love the smell of sheets that have dried under the sun. It is a childhood memory.
